I'm trying to be creative here so please forgive me if this is clunky.
I have not been able to find a room to rent in someone's house so I'm going to try something different.
Is anyone open to allowing me -- a mature male -- to pay them for a place to sleep each night? I can keep my belongings with me each day.
I can shower elsewhere if needed each morning yet if you would allow me to shower too, I would pay more.
Ideally, I'd like someplace east of 1st Street in Newton and close to the area where Braums, a motel and a school are located.
I can provide two credible character references and I am not a thief, don't use drugs, don't drink but every 6 months usually, am not violent or creepy and am hygienic and easy going.
Just in hard financial times.
But I do work five days a week.
Can pay $125 a month for a quiet, comfortable place to sleep.
To sleep and shower, $175.
To sleep, shower and do laundry but keep belongings at your house, $200.
If you don't mind me staying and have good-sized closet space so I can move belongings out of storage (I had a one-bedroom apartment before), I could talk with you about a higher price.
