Missing Shih Tzu (Chestnut Ridge)

Willow is missing! Please help bring her home.
Was spooked by power tools and escaped the house around 2pm on Sunday Jan 21.
She is a light tan in color with some dark fur on the tips of her ears, and around her nose and mouth.
Very sweet but scared of loud noise.
She weighs about 19lbs is spayed and microchipped.
She is an inside dog and doesn’t like the cold or rain.
We are desperately wanting her home.
