Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately enters data such as fixed assets, depreciation, and lease accounts
Reconciles daily and monthly bank statements and reports any discrepancies
Forecasts cash flow on a daily basis
Oversees accounts receivable process and collection of bad debt process
Reconciles income statement on a monthly basis
Reconciles and conducts analysis of general ledger accounts as assigned
Performs expense analysis as requested
Assists with preparation of actual vs.
budget reports, trends, and forecasts
Acts as point of contact for audits
Works on assigned special projects as needed
Ensures government filings are made timely
Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contacts
Accept and adapt easily to change
Ensure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission Statement

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
Previous accounting experience preferred
Proven knowledge of basic accounting principles
Ability to apply basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to communicate verbally in one-on-one situations with management and co-workers; listen to others without interrupting and get clarification when needed
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy
Exhibits dependability, including following instructions; responding to supervisor’s direction; and taking responsibility for own actions
Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted
Ability to prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; and work within deadlines
US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement)
