You'll get to: Manage monthly close process in conjunction with cross-functional teams Action process improvement projects to gain efficiencies in reporting and forecasting cycles Assist team with Inventory Management including: annual physical inventory process and reporting, Cycle Count Process Support, Excess and Obsolete Inventory Management (identification through disposition) Support and own standard costing for plant Assist Controller in budget development and variance reporting Other requirements and projects related to the control environment and financials of the plant Manage Fixed Assets/CIP for the plant Assist Controller with Internal/External Audit requests - including year-end data packages and SOX compliance The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.

You also have: Accounting, Finance, or similar degree preferred 5+ yrs of experience working in a manufacturing environment with a strong working knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP).
Ability and structure to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and deliver results Highly proficient in Excel, knowledge of Hyperion HFM, BA&R, Blackline, and QAD ERP a plus.
Ability to be a part of a highly effective team environment within finance and the plant operations teams.
