*About Us:* We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage accounts for our three businesses.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Shopify, and TaxJar is essential.
*Responsibilities:* * Maintain and reconcile accounts for three businesses * Monitor and file sales tax reports and payments for selling states * Manage financial transactions using QuickBooks Online, Shopify, and TaxJar * Prepare financial statements and reports * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations * Streamline financial processes through collaboration *Requirements:* * Proven bookkeeping experience * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Shopify, and TaxJar * Strong grasp of accounting principles * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Strong communication and time management skills * Multi-business accounting experience preferred *Location:* Goddard, Wichita *Pay:* Based on experience *How to Apply:* Submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and skills.
